Bernardo Morones
He is a Partner and Co-Broker of Green Realty Mexico, which has positioned itself as one of the top agencies in the Bahia based on the principles of trust, honesty and professionalism towards our clients and the industry. Bernardo is passionate about his family and also about sports, he really enjoys playing tennis and soccer.
Isabel Vázquez
After 20 years of experience in real estate, she decided to start a new stage in her career, joining Green Realty Mexico in 2013 as a sales executive and broker assistant. She is a certified agent by the SEP (Secretariat of Public Education) and an affiliate member of AMPI. Her thirst for knowledge has positioned her as one of the most knowledgeable agents in the area, always up to date with the latest trends and news.
Ignacio Benitez
He has a prosperous and successful career in real estate that began at one of the best agencies in Puerto Vallarta, where he worked for six years and was named Top Producer for three consecutive years. In 2013, he decided to found Green Realty Mexico and since then he has become one of the most respected and admired real estate agents for his dedication, passion, community work and sense of humor.
Giovanna Benitez
Giovanna Benítez Landa was born in Mexico City, where she completed her professional studies, courses and diplomas, among other things. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing at CECC del Pedregal, a platform that allowed her to develop as one of the most prominent publicists in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, a city where she has lived for approximately 6 years and where she also has the statewide distribution of HETHE Water (Mexican Artesian Water) and Beach Vibes suntan lotions.
Carlos Ceceña
Responsible, honest person, very committed to his goals and work, always seeking a balance with the client, giving the best possible to achieve the results that the client expects, always willing to give the best alternative to carry out transactions as smoothly as possible. Graduated in Business Administration, he loves public relations, innate ability to negotiate, among his favorite hobbies are charrería, reading and meditation.
Lulú Gutierrez
With extensive experience working as an associate agent for renowned real estate agencies, she has also been fortunate to have her own company. Lulú is a certified agent, including by Infonavit. After this extensive career, she is excited to start this new collaboration with Green Realty Mexico, where she will put all her practice, experience and enthusiasm to serve our clients, doing what she is most passionate about, with the people and in the place where she wants to be. Her hobbies are dancing salsa and tango.
Miguel Gómez
He is passionate about music, cars and especially nature, which he enjoys while doing his favorite hobby, fishing. In 2017 he decided to move to Puerto Vallarta and is part of the Green Realty Mexico team as a real estate agent.
Thalia Padilla
In 2001, Thalia and her husband decided to move to Puerto Vallarta and make their home in this paradise. She began her career in real estate managing properties, where she was recognized for her excellent customer service. After completing her real estate course, she has worked as a real estate agent, always showing great commitment and efficiency.
Silvia Alonso
Silvia was born and raised in Puerto Vallarta. She holds a degree in Tourism Business Administration from the University of Guadalajara. She completed her Social Service at the National Institute of Migration for two years. Silvia has more than 12 years of experience in real estate in several real estate agencies in Puerto Vallarta. She enjoys spending her free time with her family.
Mary Mathieu
Born in Tampico, Tamaulipas, she holds a law degree and more than 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in real estate companies. Her extensive experience includes specialization in mortgage lending and property management. She is passionate about photography, tennis, and running.
Alejandra Amaro
I started 19 years ago in the real estate industry in Michoacán, developing condominiums and apartments. 6 years ago I moved to Vallarta and here I continue my passion! Helping clients find their ideal place to live or invest, or sell their property is a pleasure for me. I am characterized by my warmth in customer service.
Yanira Cárdenas
When she arrived in Vallarta, she worked in the hotel industry in customer service, then she changed to university in the area of vocational guidance and then focused on Real Estate, starting in the area of rentals and property management. With almost 9 years of experience, she joined Green Realty to focus 100% on sales.
